Description

This control displays a drop-down list of shipping options and charges for the current order.

Attributes

This control has no attributes.

Remarks

If no shipping charges can be calculated, then the option list will contain a single entry: "$CALL FOR QUOTE".

Charges might not be calculated if the total order weight exceeds a maximum allowed limit (typically 150lbs for UPS), or if the shipping address is outside the service area.

When charges cannot be calculated, they will appear in the order as a $0.00 amount. You should add a disclaimer to your order entry screen explaining that shipping charges will be added to the order in this case.
